3. Bring your questions, comments, ideas to club and we can talk Accuquilt.

Accuquilt Class 11:30-3:30 We have been having soooo much fun in class. Please consider joining us. I promise you will have a great time sewing and laughing and learning with other Accuquilters. The class costs $25.00/month for 4+ hours of fun fun fun.

These are pics of some of the fabrics I am using to make a “Bullseye Quilt”. Anyone who would like to stay for class after the club will be making their own bullseye. Please begin to collect fabrics. The more different fabrics you have in this quilt, the better. Fat Quarters???? Perfect for a bullseye!! Fabrics you keep looking at in your stash thinking, “what am I gonna do with that??? Perfect for a bullseye. Fabric that is just too hideous to do anything else with??? PERFECT FOR A BULLSEYE!!! ( I even had a fabric with body parts on it in one of mine…..)

If you don’t have a large stash there are lots of one yard cuts and fat quarters in the store. We just received a new shipment of Moda one yard cuts. Some maybe even too pretty for a bullseye but why not use some pretty fabric in there too?? The price of $25.00 for the class includes instruction and pattern. I will bring my circle dies. If you have any 4”, 6” and 8” circle dies please bring them and bring your mats and GO machines. We will be doing a lot of cutting and sewing. We can also do some trading of fabrics if you would like to make our bullseye even more scrappy.

If there are any dies you would like me to bring, please let me know. I will bring my drunkard’s path this time. So sorry I forgot it last time.

Materials and Supplies for Bullseye:

You can make one of three sizes: (Includes borders)

48x57 bullseye (4x5 blocks… you will need 20 background squares)

57x66 bullseye (5x6 blocks…. you will need 30 background squares)

66x75 bullseye (6x7 blocks…. you will need 42 background squares

Bring an assortment of more or less of 20 different light colors for the background of the bullseye block. Like I said, the more scrappy it is the better. We can also trade lights. You will be cutting 10” squares from them. You can either use my die or cut these ahead of time before class. See Photo below!

The next two pics are of an assortment of fabrics for the circles. You can make it as scrappy as you want. The scrappier the better. Again, we can trade. Make sure your scraps are at least 9 inches square for the large circles. The 6 inch circles need to be at least 7 inches square. The small circles at least 5 inches square. (Charm squares you don’t know what to do with????!!) Again, WE CAN TRADE!! In the next email I will send you a picture of one of my bullseye quilts so you can see what you are making. Questions???
